CE invests with a view toward partnering with existing management to build and grow the business and take it to its next stage of development.

History of stable and growing revenue, margins and cash flow
Low maintenance Capex requirements
Revenue of $1-$10M and EBITDA of $500k-$2.0 Million
Multiple opportunities for organic and inorganic growth
Investment Characteristics:
Target Co. operates in a large and growing industry with favorable tailwinds
Customer concentration of less than 25%
Eligible for SBA 7(a) loan programs
Based in the USA and in operation for >5 years
People:
Experienced operators who are looking to retire
